I got this recipe from Pinterest (written by Pick ‘n Pay).
I did however change it up a bit, instead of using peppermint liqueur drops I used the peppermint flavoured caramel treat, for the mint flavour.
1 cup (250 ml) Whip cream
2 Caramel Treat Peppermint flavour (360g x 2 cans)
2 Slabs of Peppermint Crisp chocolate
2 Tennis Biscuits (200g x 2 packets)
Whip the cream in a bowl with an electric mixer.
Mix the Caramel Treat until soft then fold it through cream.
Chop the slabs of Peppermint Crisp chocolate into tiny pieces and fold it into the caramel cream mixture.
Layer the Tennis biscuits in a glass dish .
Layer the mixture and cream.
Add another layer of biscuits.
Repeat the layering process
Let it set in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
Serves 6 People.
